Seagate Development Group has begun development of Conditioned Air’s new operations center, located at 14550 Global Parkway in the Southwest International Commerce Park in Fort Myers. The building will support the company’s current and future growth throughout Lee, Collier and Charlotte counties. Fort Myers Seagate Development Group announced it has completed the total remodeling of a condominium in the Remington high-rise at Bay Colony within Pelican Bay that was originally built in 1996. The objective of the remodeling project was to update and lighten the entire residence. Seagate Development Group has completed Southport Truck Group’s 6,000-square-foot warehouse at 16110 Lee Road in Fort Myers. This fulfills the new and used truck dealer’s need for extra freightliner storage and complements the preexisting repair shop and sales parts building, also constructed and designed by Seagate. Seagate Completes Wall Panels; Starts Structural Steel at Scotlynn HQ
Seagate Development Group has tilted up the wall panels and started the structural steel at Scotlynn USA Division Inc.’s North American corporate headquarters. Located at 9597 Gulf Research Lane in Fort Myers, the wall panels are 30 to 61 feet high and 7-1/4 to 19-1/2 inches thick, with the concrete spanning 1,500 cubic yards. Meanwhile, the structural steel will be approximately 60% complete by the end of this month, and crews are slated to top off the roof by mid-December.
